It is true that a successful development approval for Badderam (Phase 1) could not have been achieved without the extraordinary support of the local Buderim and Sunshine Coast communities.
The project has now entered a new phase (Phase 2) where investment capital to construct Badderam is being sought. The duration of this next step is unknown and we encourage the community to keep in touch during this busy but somewhat quieter period.
Construction of Badderam (Phase 3) will not commence until capital investment has been achieved. Regulatory processes as set forth by the Sunshine Coast Regional Council, such as operation works, are also required to be met before construction can commence.
